    "Phelps" Wand Parts List/Pictures

Hi Chris, They're very pliable and won't leak when tightened. Most people reach up and give them a little adjustment as needed. I've been using them for a while now, so I just use telekinesis.

Thanks....A lot of times you can buy them, but make sure you can't find something similiar first. It doesn't have to be a company name, but just something relevant...Or vice-versa.

The makers of the x-jet at Xterior say it will work at 100'. A lot of us are using 50' daily.

    Chlorine?

When I first started, we used 35/65 chlorine/water and it worked pretty good. There were areas that would have to be re-treated, but that still happens some times. I use the 50/50 because it puts me right in the middle for adjusting for tile or shingle and it keeps a good strong mix in the...

    Chlorine?

1:1 works fine for us, provided the chlorine is fresh.

What are you using to clean a roof?

We pay $1.10/gal if we buy 50 gal or more and we get it for .90/gal if we buy 1,000 gal or more for the larger commercial jobs. With gas prices being high and somewhat unstable, the SH prices fluctuate at times too.
