This is an end result from Networking within this industry whether it be from the bulleting boards, Roundtables and Conventions. Most of my networking came from meeting people and getting to know them. For me alot of times it starts from the net such as a Bulletin board. Then from there it goes to a Roundtable where I may have corresponded with the person on the net. Thats cool to put a face and a voice to that person. If where lucky will meet up at a Convention which are my favorite if I can get there such as the 2012 PWNA Convention The PWNA - The Power Washers of North America

This building came from a guy in my area Named Chris Joyce from Island Power Cleaning Inc. | Facebook who found me thru Carlos Gonzalos from Pressure Wash Services San Francisco Los Angeles Las Vegas | :: NewLook Power Wash :: and the bb he administrates http://www.powerwashnetwork.com/forum.php Carlos initially helped this guy by offering advice and also sending him some picture and things to help him get started. Carlos also mentioned for Chris to give me a call Clean County Powerwashing - Serving Long Island - NY - NJ - PA - CT because even though I no longer take guys on to teach them the ropes I am always available to help them out or maybe hook them up because I don't worry about what my competitors do. If anything I try to network with them by sending them leads I don't want and they do the same back. I recieved some good jobs this way.

In a nutshell I got this bldg lead from Chris. When I landed the job it as usual had to be done yesterday because of the sale.(I love these pressure jobs). Chris refused to take any money or any free trip to any upcomming events. He just wanted someone in the area who will take his calls and help him with questions he may have such as equipment issues etc.

No problem there. I also hooked him up with my chemical guy and since Chris needed to do some more paper work because my area Insurance alone doesn't cut it I had them put Chris on my account until he can get himself going with his own. Also since he had some jobs lined up I purchased for him enough Chlorine that was worth a little more then a skid.

Good kid who I got from a guy Carlos Gonzalos who even though him and I had one rough patch we support each other and never burned our bridges.... so we stay in constant contact one way or another thru NETWORKING...
