This worked for me for many years. Go to your local printer a get regular door hanger flyers. Have them put all your services on the flyer but in a very bold 4 inch stripe across the middle put your main focus of sales.
I would stamp flyers with a peticular # on each group of flyer and hire young kids, unemployed etc... to dist them through every sub in a geographic area. When we would get call and ask them how they got our phone # I would ask what # was on the Flyer and pay the courrier 5-10% of the job. We would not put them in the mailbox, but hang them on the flag or on the door handle. (once in a great while we would hear from the post office, but very, very rair)
Example-
Average Sub of 200 homes will take 2 hrs to deliver. Aprox 10-12 estimates Receive 3-4 jobs(or more) on average 250-350.00 Ea.
The courrier of sales guy will make 10% in that sub ( $120.00 or More) for 2 hrs worth of work.It will be no problem finding people to hang flyers!

I need examples of flyers/brochures also if you have contracts/service agreement...etc . I need get busy, I don't have much time this season before snows start falling.
