Gutter cleaning price

please help I'm doing a proposal for a residential home cleaning aluminum sideing soffit facia & gutters, no problem their but they also want the debri & Leaves cleaned out of the gutters I have never priced this before,the home has 3 levels all with gutters do you price by the Ln. ft. or what and how much & is their extra charge for additional height thanks for any info

Tom, sounds like a tough job with some height risk. Its evident the home owner would rather pay somebody . I don't know what you shoot for per hour but I would estimate the time add a buffer hour or two get that price and if you need to divide that by the linear ft to make it presentable then do so.

Always remember whats alot of money to you and me is not alot to some other people.

Oh yea on that aluminum add a surface wax or transport wax that will let the customer know he is dealing with THE MAN e-mail me if you need info on how to get some

We charge between 100-175 for 1 story and 200-275 for two strory.
