Convert a cold water machine to hot

Does any one know where to get a hot water box? can you order these parts. I bought a machine 3 years ago and I do not want to buy another for the 4000 dollar price so I want to convert my cold water machine. Can any one help. Where can I get the burner and hot box. Have any of you done this?
