So last year we said we was going to start offering different types, levels if you will, of cleaning. Sorta of expanding our cleaning expertise in the Parking Garage field.
Everything is going better then we expected...infact maybe to well.
The problem.... to much work. We may have to limit our exposure. This is hard for me to do when you have money on the table.
The services we are offering is 5 levels of cleaning. From basic maintenance of a garage AFTER we clean, to a premiere deep cleaning itself.
With the exception of Steve Stephens book ( from what I am told) where he mentions this for general cleaning, To our knowledge, NO ONE is offering this type of expanded service in Parking Garage cleaning field.
Oh but don't you worry, like all of the other suggestions I have made over the years, from hose improvements to heat, a selected few well known contractors on other BBS will either adopt this Parking Garage Service strategy, dress it up and call it their own or discredit it because they cannot achieve it even though there is evidence proving them wrong.
