Here are some photos of a Trex I Cleaned using the BT200 that Mark at Easy Clean Systems is a distributor for. This is a great product for cleaning Trex Decks and other composite decks and even wood decks as it contains no harmful chemicals so you dont have to cover plants or grass or even wet them down before or after. Only takes 5 to 6 ounces per gallon of water for moderately stained decks. The BT200 not only removes hydro carbons but also KILLS mold and mildew and helps to prohibit future growth. BT200 is also great for house cleaning delicate brick and surfaces that ahve mold and mildew growth. MArk can be reached at 916.638.0828 if you are intersted in ordering.

Nice shots Doug. Now, you wouldn't recommend it for prep to remove old stain to re-stain a deck would you? Replace sodium percarbonate? If so, would you follow up with oxalic for ph balance and whitening?

No I would not recommend it for that.

PS: Did you offer them a brick restoration as it looks pretty bad? I love using EaCo Chem products for these.

Offering that is not really needed w the BT200. After cleaning that brick, I spray the BT200 on it and leave it to keep working. The microbes in the BT200 will keep eating away all the left over stains. After about 2-3 days the brick looks good as new. That is Mexican Brick in the pic and therefore can not be hit w a lot of pressure. So I clean what I can, then let the BT200 do it's thing.

Sweet! I love that OneRestore for brick. 4min. and low pressure rinse off. Nice to know the BT200 works on trex decks. I still have some product left.

I have to admit, I am impressed by the after pics. Pardon what may be perceived as my skepticism as I just have a few questions.

1. How long did the BT200 have to sit on the deck to work?
2. How many applications?
3. How much pressure on rinse?

Mixed the BT200 at 5 ozs per gallon of water. Applied to deck w a pump up sprayer. As I applied my helper followed me and brushed it in w/ a street broom.

1. I let it sit about 45 minutes.
2. one
3. Used the soap tip 65 degree tip. The machine I use was 3500psi 4 gpm. Just a light rinse is all that is needed.

After I was done I apploed the bT200 same ratio and left it to dry. No rinsing. Deck was cleaned last year and still looks great.

What do you think Doug...BT200 up to the task on this?

P.S....I had a little too much coffee this morning....I was a little 'heavy' on the accelerator!!! [bb] Seriously...client emailed me and asked me "what do you think?" I told her to fire the jerk that was driving the truck!!!

Hey Doug,

Do you work for Eatoils? I noticed they have the same pictures on their website that you have above? Also i just purchased a gallon of it to test from them directly at $73.00/delivered. They offer the 5gallon @ $227.00/delivered. Does anyone know if they have found a better price somewhere?

Hey Mike, I do not work for Eat Oils but I am a distributor but sell mainly to the Houston Area and to some larger customers that are dropped shipped from EatOils. Best best is for you to by directly from them or through Mark here at Easy Clean. He is or was a distributor, you could call him and see. The price I sell it for is the same as Eat Oils.
