Composite decking/gutters

Hey gang, how is everyone? Ready for a new season? I have a quick question regarding composite decking. Anyone recommend a good cleaner to remove mold spots, barbeque stains, grime etc. Also, on gutters that are 25 to 30 feet high has anyone got a proven method to use without having to climb ladders? I'm trying to avoid (as much as possible) my small crew form going up on ladders unless its a safe distance. Gutter zap or F13 the best solutions?

Thanks in advance and look forward to your responses.

Cheers!

Doug, great pics and thank you for the information. I will certainly give Mark a call. I do have an x-jet but for some reason I cant seem to find a good chem to get those high, baked on oxidized gutters cleaned. I'll check with him on that as well. On the BT200 is it a Eco-friendy powder form or liquid?

BT200 is a CERTIFIED Green liquid product, the most eco friendly product you can get. There is not a surface or anything you can damage with it. It uses microbes/enzymes to kill, the mold and mildew. Only need to use 4-6 ounces to a gallon of water to achieve results like a above.

Jim Lewis from Under Pressure Inc in S. Calif uses EBC on this type of decking for one of his commercial chains that he does every month. He swears by it.....EBC that is. I will see if he has any pics.

Also, BT200 is a win-win soap as well that Doug mentioned. Both (BT200 and EBC) will achieve what you are looking to do. Give Mark a call and he can set you up.

What ratio of SH would you use to down stream this for a composite deck Carlos? I can also use a roof pump to apply it if it needs to be a stronger solution.

For that. 1/2 gal of SH (12%) to a 5 'er. EBC ---ahhhh 12-16 oz's. Let it dwell....mist to keep wet!

Thank you guys, I appreciate the information. Im on the east coast so Im a little concerned about transit times and shipping but I will give Mark a call. I may have a few more questions on a few other topics as this is my first Spring season coming up. Very excited as I already have quite a few jobs lined up.

Was curious.....has anyone tried the BT200 on cleaning wood decking without harming the stain? What about house cleaning vinyl and aluminum? Can this be used as a one stop shop?
