Josh is happy with mikes cert and rustys. Both paid private certs by individuals

Nothing wrong with private certs. I know plenty of guys who do them & are much more reputable then orgs because they have been at it longer & have them much more refined. Analogy is like Private School such as Harvard compared to a public school such as Buffalo University...

I had private firearm training as a cop that was closed to the public to make another Analogy.

As long as the private cert isn't just a pencil whipped piece of paper to pad someone's wallet then that's fime. I'd rather be certified by a national not for profit since they don't have a vested interest in making a buck. As a consumer I would lean to the more reputable org cert than private ones.

Fair statement and it comes down to whatever you think fits your business best. I got Certified from a national "Not for profit" PWNA in the past & also 2 certs from private companies. Personally the private has worked best for us that has paid for itself many times over.

Not true Ron. I had to take a class and pass a stringent test in the end & I'm not even talking about org classes held by relatively new contractors. I'm talking about private classes held by private companies where the teachers had 20+yrs of experience. Don't knock what you don't know.

PWNA asked me to do coil cleaning classes @ $2400 each telling me I could keep $1200 of it if I pay my own expenses to Ft. Worth to teach it every few months. I told them to shove it. It's all about padding their own pockets. They need all the money they can get to keep changing the names of their companies in an attempt to run from past failures.

John I Ive seen them, its embarrassing. We even helped to make it better, I do not know what they have now but you do not either. I hope its better because they are being forced to a higher standard.

John you mean well but as a part time washer all those years you really just didn't have the time. Maybe as a your business gets larger you will have more time to dedicate to the industry. I hope it doesn't take you 10 more years full-time to be able to help others. I know you want to help people, your just not experienced enough to understand how this industry works yet as you have only a few months full-time since you retired.

I'm sure Jim is going back to full-time mortgage underwriting. Thats ok he's likely will be happier there as I know this industry just hasn't been that good to him. I truly am sorry he had troubled times, I know lots of guys look up to him and maybe one day he will be back in the game.

Pressure Washing isn't as easy as most think

Ron stop it. As you know my business has employed people since 98 & I had fulltime employees since 02. Guys in this industry have seen my business in operation on numerous occasions.

I also held a roundtable in 05 where people like James Foley came to. Between that RT & The Vegas Parking Garage event people loved them and both were hugely successful. You even asked to be one of the speakers at the Vegas event but we had no more slots available.

Ron I was also a BOD back in 04 which was 8yrs before you were. Enough said there. Also you theory above goes down the crapper just by this...I took Everett Abrams class & test for my wood restoration certificate back in 05 so are you going to knock him now? Also why is it you have so much animosity towards partimers when probably at least 75% org members are part timers?

Common Ron stop knocking hard working contractors especially part timers. when I was a BOD 8yrs before you were I always treated all with equal respect. How do you think org got up to 475 paid members then FYI.

If you say so Tony. I have no experiences like that with either org. plus Daryl Mirza makes over $20,000,000/yr so I don't think he needs any money.

That's what he says. There is no proof.

Hey Scott-- there's so much you don't know so when I tell you this hopefully you don't come back with your usual attack on me.(just in case you don't know my past job retired my shield so obviously I'm not unstable as you portray me to all).

Daryl has patents. He also has well over 100 employees today once again (Look for past article on him either with Cleaner Times or Eclean mag).

When Daryl broke up Facilitec all you have to do is ask Ron how much it went for(he knows).

This year I met Daryl in Texas for dinner(we were both there for different reasons) His Averus Company is another giant.

So now you know & I hope you don't resort to your usual tactics of attacking me when I'm informing you on things you don't know. I'm not Jim...bud.
