    Add on to concrete cleaning

It looks like you have found another niche to make money with. Those look really good. I like the second one as it really changes the look of the room and adds value to the home as well. The first small porch looks a whole lot better than cracked concrete. Without the overlay even if you...

    PWNA Certified?

The best way to get training is to go work for somebody else for a week. See if another company out of your state will allow you to work a week for them for free. Cheaper and more productive than an overpriced seminar.

Will this work for 2 stepping

You are one the right track. Acid first, then soap finish with a rinse. The acid loosens the dirt bond and the reaction with the soap lifts the dirt off. You need this reaction for 2 stepping to work. As for your ratio, with a good quality acid/soap you can cut to 50:1 with cold water and...

    Need Help

It is hard to get by with just one type. I use my 8' step ladder the most. Sometimes it gives me the extra few feet I need to reach the second story etc. It is also good for single story gutter clean outs. It is not tall enough to safely get on most single story houses. For a general use...

    Building A New Washer

I have got one that I use a 29 hp Kawasaki to run. No problems at all. I would go the belt drive route though, a gear box could be a potential weak spot.

    special parking garage equipment

You may also be able to apply for a NPDES permit to discharge into storm drain. You have to prove you are filtering the water to the required levels. Last time I checked it was $1700.00 for the permit though.

    special parking garage equipment

8gpm X 60 X the numbers of hours to do the job= a lot fo water. I would guess about 20% loss to evaporation etc..

    can you guy's help???

85-125 is low low lowballing for a 2 story..on avg. Shoot for around $1.00 per linear foot of house/ story, more if doing the gutters. $2.00/ linear foot for 2 story etc..

At what point do you need chemicals?

2600psi is more than enough in most cases. The idea behind using chems is less pressure and more rinsing the dirt off. 5000 psi will ruin a lot of surfaces.

    Best portable size

Cat pumps are good but not always worth the extra cost. A machine that should last you a long time would be a 13hp Honda and a 4.0gpm/3500psi general pump. More gpm is better for rinsing etc..
