Hi Rick Can this be applied via DS if made more concentrated? what are the results if any, if applied on vinyl siding as over-spray etc,...... you se where Im going with this?....Renewing the old vinyl siding.... (cant imagine what it will do to windows though).... ok so...your thoughts.

I would still follow with the oxalic acid as a neutralizer after your precarb wash. Let it dewll for 15 mins then rinse with garden hose.

Check with your local state laws (consumer protection) agency on whats required then call lawyer who has experience in writing contracts for contractors in your state, and inquire about joint ownership clauses.

First off, stay away from bleach on wood - especially other peoples decks and fences. I would start off by having a plan. What are you trying to accomplish with the wood stripping it?... and why? After you can answer those questions before you start the work - then decide on the chemicals...
