Have a al sided home with ivy leftover runners all over it. Can't get the anchor (pods?) off the siding. They look like crusty dirt or dried plant material. If you scrape them it scratches the siding. Tried a strong degreaser but to no avail. Is this one that has to be sanded and repainted? HELP.
