I just washed a commercial TSC building and charged $3.00 a linear ft. and took in to account the height, which was 24', and times(x) the linear footage by 2 for the 2nd story so to speak. 150'x150'x100'x100'=500 linear feet x $3.00 per foot = $1500.00
