70 degrees yesterday, and 80's expected for the weekend. A codl day here has a high of 50 and a low of around 32. It is tough weather, especially in the summer, with a high of 112 and a low of 95.

Here in N. FL. it has rained 7 out of the last 9 days! Its been 70-85 deg but gray and rainy. Forecast for showers the next 5 days. Well at least its not cold and snowing!

I could make millions and millions, except for one small problem. NO ONE here has a deck except way north, where the really rich people from back east live, and there is one guy that is doing everyone. I think that he does gross a healthy sum though. He lives in a $750,000 home.
