I am sure some of you have heard these deck sealing guys with the 30 year warranty. What is the good and bad about this deal? Is this the ZeroVoc process? If it is, it looks like it petrifies the wood. I have started to have customers ask me about this process. I am looking for ideas to turn the customer away from this bad idea. I say bad idea because if I could only derive income once every thirty years from a deck refinishing customer....I am just putting myself out of business! Or am I missing something?
