black streaks on gutter or sophet facia..NOT Mildew,i beleive they are asphault or polution stains, Pressure washing does nothing ..iv e hand cleaned with a degrease was wondering if there is abetter way?
Many use Gutter Shock (a quick search will help) but I like Simple Green - usually undiluted and applied with a soft bristle brush. I use an 8' - 24' extension pole. The brush and pole are available at HD.
Caution: some gutters have a finish that is sub-standard and will come off with the application of chems. I recommend a test on an as-inconspicuous-as-possible section.
