Not to burst your bubble but......................

OK, each unit you do will cost the following expenses

Soap $1.00 to $1.50 each unit.

Gas for washer estimate 1 gallon used $3.00.

Pro rated: insurance, office expense, advertising, truck expense, equipment expense, etc. $3.00 to $4.00 (I may be low on this number)

Now you must do this by yourself because one employee will eat up the rest of your cost. But you time is worth something for yourself.
You have at least $7.00 (maybe even $10) out of pocket for each unit and this does not include wages.
Not to be smart but I would go get a job that pays $10 per hour with benefits from a employer. You will never make money at those rates and you will be busting you butt. Now if you are doing 500 or more units in a few days that is a different story.

I'm getting 175.00 for an RV 25 ft. long, and it goes up from there. That's just a basic wash. Called the local truck wash and they want 240.00 for the same unit, and there's is all automatic. Plus people tip me on top of it. So if you have a local truck wash, anything within 100 miles call them up and ask them to give you a number on your 32 footer, even if you don't have one. Next year I'll be raising this price since I go them, at the truck wash they have to bring it in and don't do the details.

At those rates you coudl make some serious money. I get around $50-$75 for the same but can do one in half and hour or so, depending on the black streaks.

Those rates are actually ridiculous. It's not your fault but I think your post was a little premature. Use the search button and research pricing. You would want at least $100 for a trailer. In Canada I would think it would be more since the cost of living is higher than in the US, is it not? Do a search on housewash chemicals as well.

If you are doing Sunnyvale campgrounds please say Hi to Bubbles and the gang for me. I think the Trailer Park Boy's are pretty RICH. I would estimate that you need to make at least $55 hour plus materials or it is not worth doing.

I'm surprised anybody would pay that much to have their R.V. washed. That is as ridiculous as $20.00 but on the other end of the spectrum.
