Chemical Injector

This past weekend, my downstreamer quit drawing chemicals from the tank. Didn't have what I needed to fix it. So, we only had about eight trucks left, and I mixed a little acid in with my soap and degreaser in my upstream chem tank. Bad for your pump I know, but man did it work wonders in washing. It cut my time in half and did a great job at brightening the aluminum. What I'm wanting to know is if there is something on the market or something I can rig up to my high pressure line(like a downstreamer hooks in) that will draw or inject downstream chemicals but at high pressure?

You may want to look at an X-jet. It attaches to the end of your wand and draws chems from a bucket that you carry around.

I'm trying to get something similar to that, but hooks up like a downstreamer, straight out of your burner so I don't have to drag a bucket around.

I really appreciate the help.....if i get the adjustable, 0-20% flow, will it work with a 40 degree tip?

Yes I run the 40 most of the time sometimes the 15

Downstreamers work on a venturi. You will not be able to create the type of vacuum you need with high pressure. It has to be drawn in before the pump.

I'm still trying to figure out how you mixed acid with a degreaser. I don't do trucks though so I'm guessing your degreaser is not caustic based?
