Did this over in the Bay. It was a car wash with about 8 parking stalls plus the entrance and exit of the car wash.

Good Job

Hey those pictures are nice. What a difference! What kind of pressure are you using and what is the Gpm? Hot water or cold? Detergent or just pressure? If I sound like a new guy... thats because I am. I've only done soft washin g of vinyl siding along with my window washing. Can you downstream with one of those flat work washers? What kind of pre sq ft charge is common?

Thanks everyone and I do apologies for getting back to this forum after many days being out and about. As luck would have it I have been pretty busy washing.

Nothing special about the application. I run a 5 GPM 3000 PSI Landa with hot water capability. I use SW1000 degreaser. Half a gal of product to a 5 'er and xjet it on. Let it dwell for about 3 minutes. Fire up the rig...set my temp at about 145 and it is off to the races with my surface cleaner.

Carlos that looks awesome. Looks like the concrete may be sealed as the water looks like is beading, am I correct on that?
