Well it finally happened, I lost a store to a cut throat, but I did tell myself when I started 4 years ago that the first time it happened I would have all my current and future accounts to sign a service agreement, We have always let our quality of work to do our talking and it has always been top notch, I reckon times change..anyway if anyone would care to share some examples of some service agreements with me that I could modify or use I would greatly appreciate it
