Tony-You are so wrong on your evaluation here....but I am not surprised you would come to this wrongful. conclusion. You obviousy like the drama to keep coming up with stuff your clueless on.

But to correct you above-- Me & Ron always had a mixed bag relationship. Neither one of us are ass kissers if you get my drift. As for Doug, we are so different and I am thankful for that. Scott on the other hand is a major disappointment.....and I'll leave it at that.

My one regret Scott Stone..is I wish Jim never told me about that article you were writing for a magazine about Parking garages. You called him for some input on this & that's where all the trouble started afterwords. Unfortunately I got used by both of you over this probably because I moderated/administrated multiple bulletin boards then so I had some public clout. This wasn't my fight & I was dragged into it.

I will apologize here (something your incapable of doing ) for trying to get you two to stop fighting continously from that point forward. I pleaded with you numerous time's to leave me out of this but it fell on deaf ears. So I am apologizing for ever listening to either one of you. It was never my fight & in the end we all lost some friends over this & our reputations took a hit even though you will obviously say otherwise.

I've noticed you like to live in the past. For instance when the UAMCC comes up you throw out Robert's name. Lately you've been throwing out Dan's name. In both cases it's ancient history that has zero bearing on anything going on in the here and now.
First off you have no bridges here. You are tolerated for now and that will no doubt change if you can't learn to be respectful of the owner.

I did use one thing in the article about increasing regulation in California, and turned out to be false. I wish I would have credited him, however, he would have been foolish to want credit, if he had been truthful, because it would have damaged his supposed relationships with regulators.
I will tell you what he did do.after my article was published, he had an article ghost written and hammered the publisher of the parking magazine until he published it the next month. Incidentally, he was mad because I had known about the magazine and had not told him about it.
As for being able to apologize, I am very capable he I have something to apologize for. I have been happier for 27 years too wife that is very strong willed, I better know how to say I am sorry. Problem is, in regards to you, Jim and the rest of the platoon of clowns, I have no reason to apologize.

You were never like this until you snagged some nice bus stop contracts and your continuing war with Jim all over the net. You got so bad with this stuff you felt the need to attack friends such as Beth Boreggo who's always had a kind heart to help or listen to anyone. To explain your Jealousy towards Jim it has started with him pretty much laughing at you crying all over the net about him making 26+cents as' cleaning garages. You actually invited Jim to your Arizona RT & he gave you....nothing. Its your fault to get roped into Jim's madness and take it so personally. I could careless if Jim's makes that or not...but you on the other hand was enamored by that until he gave you Zilch at your roundtable. Show me where I attacked Beth? She's mad because you and your clown posse were attacking me on TGS so I reported the post. She said she didn't care and was busy, and would take care of it when she had time. A week or so later, some people said things on PWI that she didn't like. I copied and pasted her response, and all the sudden I am a terrible human being and a poor excuse for a man. If a knife cuts one way, it will cut another.
As for Jim getting 26 cents a foot, I still don't believe it. He MAY have gotten that much for one garage, then he subbed it out for a tenth of that. If he is able to get it great, but I prefer long term sustainable relationships.
As for my large contract, I don't think I have changed. I thin that your and yours have changed because of your personal jealousy, but that should be motivation to get better, instead of attacking someone that managed to get it done.
By the way, if you had ever heard me present at a round table, you would find that I am pretty open about everything. Even when I was in Phoenix, and they were all local contractors.

Now you will excuse me. I my mechanic found another job, so I get to play mechanic and get things going.

JIm was not Seasoned washer at the PHX roundtable, maybe Jim owned Crystal for years but he did not wash. This was very evident
