Sodium BiCarbonate,,, AKA Baking Soda should do the trick, I'd get a couple pounds of it & mix it in 3 gallons of water then spray the entire area with it,, I mean spray anything that you can get wet, Floor, Walls, Ceiling (the odors may be locked into those areas as well). If you can wet it, spray it (Use however much it takes, & spray it LIBERALLY.) Do this before you clean, then also after you clean, however afterwards you may want to use a lighter mixture or just use it sparingly so as not to leave much baking soda residue (Shouldn't be much in any event).
Baking Soda is one the the best Odor removers there is & is a primary ingredient in most powder products that kill pet odors.

PS When I said spray it before you clean, I mean like a DAY before you do,, Will make it more bearable for ya.
And If your going to use a Surface Cleaner to Clean the floor, for a soap I would use Borax, & An Oxi based detergent, together they should be fine at Killing the stains & further the odor elimination. Being that is an enclosed area I probably would not use Hot water seeing as the steam would fog the area up, chemicals will do the job thoroughly enough.
