I typed something in and when I posted it came up all xxxxx's!
Guess that suggestion is not allowed here. What's up with that? Just curious.

Hey Mike Hughes,
Which size extend-a-wand did you get? I will be using it for housewashing in order to reach those hard-to-reach spots that always seem to pop up. Thanks.

From what everyone is telling me, enviro doesnt carry them anymore. Wonder why.

I have a 24'.........get that one. Better to have it be too much then not enough.

does not keep regular hours, or return calls??:(

EXTENDA WAND

Mark I agree,

I called them over two weeks ago, and have left several messages with no return call I believe I will go with the coress wand, it is a little more, but you do know that the company really does exist for warranty or anything else.

I've been talking with Steve Howland of Extend-a-wand on and off for two months now and he seems to be very above-board. Whenever I've had a problem (though it has taken a while to get a call back) he has always given the best solutions possible.

He was selling to E-spec but they low-balled the price and pissed off the rest of his vendors. When I spoke with him on Friday last, he didn't say they weren't selling them anymore, but that they would be bringing the pricing back in line to their original agreement.

I bought two three-section wands (12' & 24'). They are a dream to use. You have to get the 3/8 line on even the 12' if you are downstream injecting.

I've never been to his web site, but have always been very pleased with the customer service he offers over the phone.

I don't know anything about the Corliss poles. Are they the yellow ones with the twist collars?

Steve has come up with what he feels is the best wand in the industry and is trying like heck to get it into the hands of those who want it. As he says, "We didn't build it to be low priced, we built it to work right." I'm sure we all can relate to someone who has a great idea for a business (like power washing), has a hot product, and then has more demand than he is able to handle while his business is still in its infancy. I say give him time to prove himself worthy of your trust. He has mine.

Just my dos centavos.

I agree, Mark. I have spoken to him a couple of times, very helpful.

I suggest if you had trouble getting him, call again. I know when I get really busy I pay more attention to the squeeky wheel. I'm sure he didnt ignore you on purpose.

It really is a pretty cool product. Unique.

EXTENDA - WAND

Well Guys I retract my statement, Steve @ Extenda-wand called me back today, very professsional, and sounds like there just getting started, and I completely understand that, as I'm in that mode myself. I ordered a catalog and if everything goes well will be ordering one shortly. As for the concerns stressed on a previous thread regarding the trigger mechanism, they assured me that the problem was addressed, and have had no further complaints.

when i saw e-spec's price it sure pissed me off. I had kust paid $100 more from the mfg. [STEVE]. Still feel like i got ripped off if they were trying to sell them that low and are still making money. But then again most US cars cost less then $4000 to mfg. and look at what they get for a new one.

Mark, the problems I see people having are based on the method of use. You seem happy with yours. What are you using it to do, and what pressure and type of tip are you using?
