Check this out. Any idea on what I can tell the customer on what needs to happen to fix this? He called me for his concrete patio and I mentioned to him about the fence and what happened...he just lowered his head and said that he didn't think he was suppose to use the red tip nozzle.

Beyond sanding down.....any suggestions???Gas 007.jpg

No idea Carlos. Maybe the deck guys will have some feedback. None of our tried and proven graffiti restoration processes will work on wood without potential damage.

Try cleaning an area and see if it will blend in. If not to his satisfaction he'll have to replace the pickets. Amazing he went that far before stopping.

Should be able to blend it in with a 15 degree nozzle, and lots
of patience. (Assuming it is not to deep.)

Some peoples kids...........

Naw...the home owner. I could tell he was embarassed. He did this to his stamped concrete also. He was trying to remove some sealant that failed. It was a mess.

Thats what I was thinking Doug. The zero tip cuts are not that deep. This pic is just one of three panels that he did this to!!

I've only done one like this. It blended in half decent with little work but my perception was that a great match would require a great deal of effort. Your fence, however, is cleaner and newer so it might blend better.

In my case, the homeowner wanted to use a solid stain so it wasn't a big deal.
