First Big job!

Ok, one month in business. This was my second sale. It was a real nice sized driveway cleaning and seal along with some minor concrete repairs (crackfilling, deep popping and some crazing. After I finished the driveway he asked me to do his trex deck in the back of the house. Unfortunately I did not have my surface cleaner yet so it took me much longer than I would have liked. I have very low overhead right now so I still made a good margin on the job and the customer has asked me to do it 2x yearly!!

You must be doing something right if he's adding work and he wants you back. Great stuff for your first big job!

No surface cleaner on trex it was a wand. I was referring to the driveway 2756sqft. Surface cleaner would have been nice on that one. I have a 20" sc now so should increase my margins.

Carlos,
first, If you do concrete repairs don't go cheap on materials. It will come back to bite you in the a**! I used High early strength in this mix. It was a very sunny location and I was concerned about shrinking and cracking in the curing stage. I fit a piece of mesh in that hole for additional strengh although I don't think it was needed. Mix concrete with bonding agent for additonal strength. As I said, dont go cheap or you will be going back to do repairs on your repair. I went back to seal the concrete after letting it cure.
