Full time Hood Cleaner?

I would like to get some information from some of our hood cleaning companies. I am interested in those companies that clean hoods that represent 80% of their income. Are you certified under PWNA or ? I am just curious. Please send me a email or a bb mesg.

Hello David,

We have been cleaning exhaust systems since '86. We have never exceeded 40% of our revenue from this activity over a 12 month period.

I have been PWNA Certified since '98.

About 95% of my revenue is from hood cleaning. Remainder is filter sales, hinge sales, and access door installation.

We have not joined the PWNA nor the IKECA but I do realize that we will be required to be certified by one of these in the future. Which one I dont know but until there is a law stating which one is the actual AHJ we will just keep getting the exhausts as beautiful as they can get and let our customers be the judge.

I am certified from PWNA, in 2000, but I only do a handful of selected restaurants.
I do not want to go beyond that. The other facets of washing and my painting business are my big hitters.
