60'=Approx 4 story building(commercial)
135000 sq ft @60' high=2250LF /4sides =560ft long.
This will be one large quote. Simpily for the area covered / what is the surface like on the building??
Lots of factors are not disclosed but a safe bet would be 2 days per side plus 25% extra for height allowance. For me $5000.00-15000.00 depending on importance factors in cleaning.
Keep in mind when pricing the big jobs always add the FAT to the price. FAT will be a cushion in the jobs where issues will pop up or for oops bills. You never know when you might break something small like a flower pot or larger back into a vehicle. Better make big coin to pay for this stuff. I almost for got about our local police and Mininstry of transport will always get you for something. Yep more $$$. ALL THE EXTRA $$ PUT AWAY IN YOUR 401K OR RSP'S (CANADA), SOME DAY YOU MIGHT RETIRE.
