black streaks

what about the outside streaks on the gutter? Is there really a spray on and rinse off product, I've tried a few already, but I always had to hand wipe the gutters to get them clean.

YEP there is a product called gutter zap.Comes in 5 gallon bucket. The way i use it is i pour some in a bucket and ad some water (your choice).I have a brush on an extension pole i just dip and rub a dub dub and rinse.Be careful as the product removes a layer of paint so you want to apply it wait 1-3 minutes and rinse.Thats what i use and it works great.

Peevo 74,
Either send me your e-mail address or post it here. I am having a roundtable meeting on long Island with at least 4 speakers to address a bunch of different items of interest. I can e-mail you the updated itinerary.

Thanks

I live in NJ. I charge usually a minimum of $75.00 If its in my town and its a cape cod stlyle house, it would be $50.00. I Try to base it on making $50.00 per hour which travel time is part of the price. With experience, you will be able to tell how long it will take to do. Two guys can bang it out in no time. I basically walk on the roof with a five gallon bucket. Scoop the debris out by hand, then use hand held gas leaf blowers to blow the left over stuff. All down spouts are blown out as well. Sometimes the down spouts are so jammed that you have to physically take them apart and shake the crap out loose but it's all part of the job! My method works great and I have had no complaints. But remember, Alot of customers are very anal about there propertys so clean up the area when you are done. When they see that happen, they will love you! I average about 10 to 12 houses per day. So you can see the kind of money that can be made! Good luck!

Peevo,
Did you get my e-mail about the Roundtable??

As far as having problems with your settings you will have to email the administrator here or maybe even one of the moderators here can help you. You can also start a post about how to fix your settings and you might get a faster answer that way.

Talk to you soon.

The opportunities are endless really.

You can provide gutter repairs, installs, downspout extensions, gutter guards.

roof repairs, inspections, chimney crowns,flue caps,flashing repairs,siding repairs,trapping,vent pipe repairs,roof replacements.

Ice dam removals, ice melting systems, lightning rods ect...

Does that help? If not, give me a call I would be happy to help you out.

I have never used Gutter Zap. However, I have my own gutter cleaning solution I've developed over last 37 years. Spray on Spay off my customers love it.

Interesting on the spray on and spray off....never seen that in a product. Usually always need some type of agitation expect on the really white shiny ones. Those we can spray on and spray off.
