Been lurking for sometime and finally had to sign up. Have already learned quite a bit from my searches here. I am just getting started in the business and have a line on a rig setup. Otherwise may have to travel for one, or build one. On a limited budget to start and through some former contacts have a strong lead on a decent sized first account. Will be doing 26 box trucks and 8 company cars. So wanting to get up and running ASAP.
Trying to decide if it is better to specialize or have as many options available as I can. Looking at mainly fleet, dealerships, business (sidewalks,etc) and possibly houses/driveways.
