Hoods only or everything including the kitchen sink?

Do you all clean entire commercial kitchens or just exhaust hoods? We want to clean restaurant kitchens, back area floors, stainless appliances and jet the drain as well as any exterior surfaces including seating areas and or drive through.
Thanks

As a general rule exhaust cleaners only service the ventilator system. The main reason is the time limitations and it simply does not give one ample time to service all kitchen components. :)

A lot has to do with insurance. Mine covers the hood cleaning AND other items. A Janitorial service that does,,,,,,,, say floors, their insurance will NOT cover KEC. KEC is in the fire prevention category as far as insurance is concerned.

I recommend using the cleaning of other things as different packages to sell.

Package A) Hood, Duct, Fan

Package B) Hood, Duct, Fan, Backsplash, Outside of Hood

Package C) Hood, Duct...you get my point...

I have been asked on more than once occasion to clean the dirty tile in kitchen areas as part of our pressure washing flat work that we do outside.

Quick question to the greasers out there....do kitchens have sufficient drainage and if so...where does the drain go to ....sewer or storm drain?

Never trust the drains in kitchens..

Sometimes greasers just take their wrap to the ground, but we usually end up regretting it if we don't check the drains first. They usually never work.

So hiking a surface cleaner in there would not be recommended :)

If I poured BT down the drain...which is suppose to eat oil (Food and grease) maybe that would help with drainage.

Reminds me of the Panda Express account I have. Dumpster pad had a drain that went to the sewer but it kept clogging. Found out later that the drain has a long history of food grease and oil causing problems such as clogging!!!!
