I usually do all mobile homes for $25, and for an average 2000 sqft house I try to stay in the $40 to $65 range.

Due to the increased influx of competition in the Jax area I am running a special on: Any size home, mobile or not, $17.60

service call is an addional $55, $25 per mile traveling charge
Deal does not apply to homes over 850sqft
If raining, an addional fee of 37.50 will be added to invoice
On site estimates will run a flat fee of 99.99, and can only be given between the hours of 10pm - 4am
if an in home, barking dog is detected during service we reserve the right forfeit the remainder of work, while balance is still to be paid in full

If your doing something for 19.00 or 17.00 bucks any size, how do you expect to make a profit. If that is the case might as well work at burger king for minimum wage by the hourly basis. You might make more.

I have a lawn care business and looking to build the washing side of it up more. Can someone tell me the best brand of chemicals to use on decks, and vinyl siding. I currently use simple green or spray nine?

www.sunbrite.com They have everything you need.

jdmartin, we're kidding around. I average $130 per hour on a housewash

lol same here, I was at least hoping that you was. I average 100.00 to 120.00 per hour for a house also, business is a little slow right now though. Gas prices, hurricanes, etc etc.

Does anyone here use a siding brush to do vinyl and then pretty much rinse it withh the washer? Seems to get gutters etc alot cleaner how do u all like sunbrites products? Anything special to use on stucco?

A siding brush is not neccessary if you use a good emulsifying soap. Stucco is a different beast. To get it really clean you often need to rinse the whole thing up close. It depends upon how dirty it is. Sunbrite's Powerhouse is a decent product, especially on stucco.

U reccomend sunbrite products then over most? Do u have a hose reel that is rolled by hand or the mecanisim?

Sunbrite is one decent product I have had success with. There are others. I have started mixing my own chemicals for housewash and have achieved even greater results. There really is not a one size fits all detergent. You get to know your jobs and what chems and dilutions to use.

I use stacked Rapid Reels (manual) 200 ft hp hose, 100 garden, 50 feet of backup coiled on hooks as backup.

If we're talking about the same product which is a roof cleaner, then yes, it sucks. Its a sodium hydroxide based product, and not a very good one to boot. Best to stay away from sodium hydroxide on roofs.
