House washing-Limonene

I just recently used Limonene for the first time. It seemed to work pretty well especially removing dirt. However, on areas of thick algae/mildew, it did not work well. We had to use bleach in addition. Also, the Limonene dried on several windows. We had to use an abrasive glass cleaner to remove the streaks. In the future, we will remove the agent before it dries, but in southern Louisiana, there is no way we are going to get all of the Limonene removed before it dries due to very hot conditions in the summer. In the summer, the chemicals seem to dry as it is applied. Any others use Limonene or have any insight?

I have yet to try Limonene, but, I was having similar problems last year. Started adding "Pure Rinse" Liquid Cascade to my mix, and it helped leave the windows clean. Try it, can't hurt.
