How to post picture?

I have a picture scanned in, now how do I get it to post on the side?????

If you have a picture of yourself or anything for that matter. That you want by your user name. Email it to me. I will handle that. If you want to post a picture with your post. You can upload it when you post. Or put it on the internet somewhere and put the internet address to the picture in your post. You can find the address of the picture, if you right click on it. Then click properties.
