How would you bid this

6700 linear feet of this fence, front and back. The 6700 does not inlude the three rails and posts, just straight line footage. All painted wood. Has mold and mildew which will clean easily with a house wash, (I tested it) for the painters to do their thing. I already gave my price just wanted to see if anyone else has done this before and how you priced it.

They also asked me to give a price on painting which I am not sure I want to do, but if there are any painters out there that would like to advise, please feel free to do so. thanks

How far away is the water source...the house?

In the second pic you can see the house, there is also a couple other sources on property, so not far at all. Gonna do everything right out of the back of my pick up and just use my little 4gpm machine for rinsing. I figure to have to go get water a couple 3 times, as I am planning on rinsing and keeping ground wet and watered.

With a 10 gpm machine split down into a 2 gun, downstreaming bleach followed by second guy rinsing/wetting.. easy one day job. Would be in the $1,200 range up here.
