I need the mailing address for Cleaner Times...

I need the mailing address for Cleaner Times Magazine. I have an old magazine and am not sure if the address is the same. Not to complain out loud, BUT. I'm in Canada and have to pay an extra $20.00 as they say it cost more for shipping. As well with an the exchange rate of 1.56 means I am actually paying over $92.00 Canadian. Sure don't seem fair!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyway I'll be able to write it off.
