Holding down the backspace key does the same thing as hitting the "back" button! (Bonus: ENTER goes forward.)



Save seven whole keystrokes

Type the name of an address, say, powerwashnetwork. Hit CTRL+ENTER and the http://www and .com are added for you! Sorry, you'll have to type out .org and .net addresses.

with Netscape, the auto-fill happens automatically! No need for the ctrl-enter business.

I was going to make that exact same comment.........I miss that about netscape. I haven't used netscape since this board had problems with it in Feb 2000.
