Hi everyone,
I’m considering buying a dry age fridge for home use and would love to hear from people with firsthand experience. Are these specialized fridges worth the investment compared to using a standard refrigerator setup?
I’m interested in aging beef, but I’d also like to know if they work well for other meats or even charcuterie. How easy are they to maintain in terms of humidity control, airflow, and cleaning? Have you noticed a significant improvement in flavor and texture?
Also, are there any brands or features you would strongly recommend or avoid?
Thanks in advance!
