If your talking about your personal email. You can paste it in or use the insert feature in your browser. Let me know if I am on the right track with your question.

You can also change your settings in mail Bigboy.

When you compose a message go to Format and choose HTML.
You should be able to see the attachment if you copy paste it into an email that is set up as HTML.
