well we worked every thing out and i do all three of them once a month and the best thing about it is i signed a one year contract so that is a stead income for atleast one year!!!!!!!!

Between this post and some others I know more than I needed. Steak, Robbery, early AM, and Packing heat come to mind.

You might be rich but it won't do you any good if you die from stress of over working. Take some time to smell the roses. Hugh

Lets talk $$$$$

What do the McDonalds end up averaging out to per store if you dont mind me asking? We were contemplating going after some commercial just to keep guys busy during the winter months. Just curious what each store is "worth" sort of speak on a monthly cleaning basis.

timberseal@comcast.net if you would rather

Happy Thanksgiving!

If you have convinced them to pay you that much each month then I say congratulation. Normally fast food joints don't want to pay that much for a monthly cleaning. Hugh

Appreciate that :) Granted every market is different but in general corporations like McDonalds probably average out about the same. Sounds like a decent gig for some steady busy work.

Did you get this through a manager at one of the locations or with the district manager for the area if you dont mind me asking?

Happy TurkeyDay :) I'm still recovering from the feast!

DJ, Did it take you 10-12 hours on the initial clean or the monthly cleans?

Should be able to get faster. Those should be taking you 6 hours. Holler at me.... I'll tell you about a local chem that can speed things up.

well i talked to the manager at the one here in carrollton and then of course it has to get approved up the ladder but i deal with the store managers and the district manager. . . hey michael that would be great give me a call 502-525-3279
it would be easier for you to call me than me to call you cause i can promise your more busy than i am thanks again guys

Yeah, 10-12 hours is a little long. I agree with Mike - 2 hours maximum at each store after the initial clean.

Let the chemicals do the work....

Business is good. Lots of commercial work and not enough quality companies (with the required insurance) here.

We used to do a lot of restaurants - not McDonald's - but similiar and got tired of chasing down money. I have waited 6 months sometimes to get paid. You can always tell when they are in line for a corporate inspection because you get a call for 5 or 6 stores, all need done immediately. That is easy money - most haven't been cleaned in years and you can get $800-$1,000 on the initial cleans.

As far as chemicals - I use F-18 (pressuretek) on all my concrete and have found the stuff do an amazing job.
