Just to go further from Johny and Michas post about Sealing concrete. Would it be a good sell if you sealed new concrete. Meaning that if it was sealed would we still have the problems of Gum shadows etc...or would the initial sealer take care of the problems..
As well what is the sealer of choice...?????
