Multiple Merchant Circle Accts??

Noticed that a competitor has multiple MC accts for different cities up here in the Bay Area. I am sure this is not kosher but can anyone tell me off the top of their head whether this is "allowed" before I dig into the MC policies? It would save me some time if you knew.

As long as you have different emaill addresses and phone #'s, it's ok, as far as I know. Was thinking of doing the same thing here actually.

Hey Carlos, did you ever get this MC thing figure out about multiple accounts. I am holding off setting up another as I am not one to break rules and want to make sure it's legal before I do.

I actually did Doug. You can buy additional listings in other cities but it does little for SEO.

The reason why I asked the original question is that one of my competitors out here looks to be trying to regain some ranking that he lost a while back and it appears that he (according to all the Mechant Circle accounts) has offices in at least 6-8 locations right in the Bay Area. Some of these locations are only about a 10 minute drive time from each other. Not saying he doesn't have offices in these locations BUT it is highly unlikely.

I purchased to be on 2 additional cities from MC for $5 a month...I willl wait a couple of months to see what, if anything, it does.
