I used the gutter zap this week for the first time on some beige gutters sprayed on and let it dwell 1 min . and the black streaks sprayed off . ( the next house may be different though ?)

Also cleaned a asphalt shingle roof with Nu-Again .Worked really great, easy to rinse.

Shane, what ratio did you use, water to Gutter Zap?

I use Gutter Zap at 2 to 1 on gutters.
I always pre-soak the house first, so if the Gutter Zap gets on the siding, it reduces the chances of it leaving clean spots on the house.

Lately I have found that the less dwell time the better.....I clean the gutters right away. Anyone else have a thought on that?

Harold ,I mixed it 2 parts water to 1 part gutter zap.

as for as the dwell time, I didn't let it set over a minute . I tested on the back of the house to make sure the paint would't fade all was good and I believe it really didn't need a minute to dwell in this case. but it was a cool shady day and i could afford the wait that won't be the case come summer though.

I did it similar to the way Mike does in his post above
