What's worse?
REALLY knowing who your family is?

OR

NOT being 100% sure WHO Your DADDY REALLY IS?

In some neighborhoods (UP THERE) calling EVERYONE brother & sister is a SAFE bet!

(PS: I'm from New York!!!!!)

Hey Glenn. I am a NC boy, dont post a lot but read frequently. I have worked for 53 days straight as of yesterday.(of course I have mainly been doing cars and fleets-but I have been wide open). This great weather we have had down here has been AWESOME. I finally took off today. We were getting the kids ready for school and decided at the last moment to "vacate". We went to New Bern and toured the Tryons Palace and spent the rest of the day on beautiful Atlantic Beach. I sure needed that!!!! It has got me rested and ready to hit the wand again tommorrow!

GLENN -- one more thing... I realized that maybe I have been working to much when I got to Tryon's Palace and the first thing I said was ,"Man, they need to call someone to pressure wash this place." I will leave that job for you to check on since I have my hands full and I think you are a little closer than me.

Hey John,
Good to hear from you again. You know we should get together sometime to shoot the breeze. My phone is starting to ring again, but now I've got "buck fever". I think I have decided to specialize in House Washing. I think I was trying to get in too many different markets for pressure washing instead of focusing on what I like best. There is an article in this month's Cleaner Times that kind of brought me to my senses. You know what would be great, if all the nc boys met about once a year in somebodies back yard just to talk pressure washing.

Here I am Glenn. How have you been doing? I have been fairly busy. I do have some questions for ya. I am just getting started on some parking lot work. The parking lot spaces are heavily stained with oil from cars parking. What is the best type of cleaner to use?Kinda running on a budget and want to keep cost down but want to do a first class job. Any suggestions?

It's about time you came back,
Glad to hear you've been busy. To answer your question, I would use a degreaser on the oil spots, but not a solvent based degreaser. See, what your cleaning is a petroleum product off a petroleum product. The solvent based degreasers will attack the asphalt. I'm not really one to give advice because most all of my work is residential, you need to post it as a new topic or scroll down some of the posts, I think the question has been asked before. Good to hear from you again.
