We are new to the business due to one of our existing customers (we are in the property maintenance business) asking that we provide concrete cleaning. This is a large customer who we need to keep happy. Assuming I need a plug and play 4000+ PSI/4+GPM hot water trailer unit with a small water tank (200g) and I need it in less than a week...

Who would you buy this from?
Who has the best value?
What brand would you suggest?
Who has good service after the sale?
Can it be done for $7K shipped?
Should I skip the trailer mounted part and just by a portable unit?

Trigger guns

Mark, do you have any trigger guns that that switches chems at the gun. I have the type where you twist the handle on the lance. I dont like that one because when i switch back to water soap still comes out when I need water. Plus I am wasting soap.

High GPM's

Most contractors I speak with want higher gpm's than 4 when doing concrete work. 5 to 8 is the range I hear of the most. Remember, more gpm's equates to faster washing.

Call around to the local renal stores. Look for a hot water skid unit for rent and try it out for a week. Bigger the better. From this you will learn alot about the ins and outs of PW and know what you like in a machine!!
