Hi. I figured I would join a forum related to my occupation since I'm on several dealing with my hobbies.

I've been in the pressure washer business for over 28 years designing controls and systems for Magikist. We're not a big player in the business but we do have a complete line including diesel/natural gas/LP fired high pressure water heaters and car washing equipment. We're located in south central Canada and at Magikist | Home

I'm a CET (Certified Engineering Technologist) and I've been working with all types of this equipment for a long time. I'm interested to see what people are talking about and the problems they may have.

BTW, around here any service or repairs done to equipment requires a minimum "M" licence for electrical and a gas fitters licence for natural gas/LP heaters. Lots of government control which keeps my wallet full of licences and empty of money.

I especially have to abide by the rules since I've been certified for over 25 years and I'm on the Panel of Examiners for the certification board for CTTAM.

What's it like in some of the different States?
