Sorry, this message has been edited. We can not support ANOTHER start up BBS/Paying Organization. Especially since we know nothing about it and were not contacted regarding it's announcement on our forum.

Please understand that this is not the place to submit sales presentations.
Contact us directly if you wish to inform us of your intentions.

Thanks
Have a great day :)

It is interesting, I wonder if they are going to have benefits like PWNA and what their niche is going to be. It seems that it's open to quite a few industries and all their conventions will be held in Texas. I wonder what it's main focus will be on and what it will do for it's members.

Call them, I got a lot of information today... Starting with a 97.00 membership fee, 198.00 convewntion fee and 69.00 rooms. I think they also have some clear cut direction... However, I won't speak for them.... I will let them roll out thier plan.

Given who the primary founder is, I certainly believe this is an org to watch and/or join if you are and org person. After all the Hinderliters founded PWNA. This will come as second nature to them, and they have learned a few things since then.... I doubt all conventions will be in Texas, but as a start up it makes fiscally good sense to begin there.

We wish them the very best of luck!

Info on this org is on no less than four (4) other web sites last time I looked. Any of you who have multipe BBS bookmarks are sure to find it easily on one or more you surf to.

Personally, I like to see what the latest news is. This is news, and I also hope Cleaner Times does a story on this in the next issue.

Shhhhhhh Larry it's a secret

You guys get bend outa shape about the edit thing ............ and say it is on other BBS ................ well just b/c it's on the others ............dont mean it has to be here!
Go there and read about it.

or better yet join the PWNS ....................You get more for your $$

as far as "being professional" and placing your signature when we edit............I guess you were just as professional by posting it with-out permission!

and why on earth would you want to spend your time going to BB to BB and reading about the same questions and answers..............

Dan,
You really need to stop being a jerk about this. Grow up and act like a professional. Your anti organization stuff is getting old, even for me.

I would imagine that since it has nothing to do with the PWNA aside from former participants being the new org founders, there was no real reason to notify the PWNA first. With all of the changes going on all over, I am looking forward to some interesting new challenges next year :)

As long as we don't criticize the board or the administrators?

Or is it only the select few "good ole boys" who are allowed to be jerks here?

The PWN circle jerk. Amazing.

NaCIO,

You seem to fit in that circle well, so I don't think it's limited to just a few "good olé boys" at all. By the way thanks for given back. We hope that if contractors find at least one little thing on this forum that helps them. That they will give back and make informative posts.

I see you have 2, I mean 3 counting this one in a 5 month period. Thanks for giving back.

HERE IS YOUR OTHER TWO (Thanks Man)

NACIO'S POST 8-17-05

Thinking an org COULD help your business and joining a specific org that probably won't do much to help your business are two different things. They won't balance out.

NACIO'S reply to a roof question 8-17-05
--------------------------------
Oh jeez, more crap from Mr. Browne from Roof-a-cide. He's just bitter that all roof cleaners haven't signed up to pay thousands for the exclusive right to buy his crap.

Inhibitors MAY work somewhat, but the bottom line is that the algae is GOING to come back. With a proper chlorine cleaning, you should get 2-5 years before it needs cleaning again. Cleaning it ever few years is cheaper than paying for an inhibitor that may or may not even keep the roof clean longer than a simple cleaning. I agree with CCPC, they're a scam. When asked about inhibitors, I tell the customer that there ARE products that will work well (zinc strips, etc) but it is going to wind up cheaper to have me come clean it every few years. That gets the job every time.

Again thanks you have been very helpful since you joined the board, seems like you have your own little positive statement circle jerk.

Merry Christmas :)

Those are only the posts under this user ID. I lost my first user ID (which had several hundred mostly helpful (to myself or others) posts after I upset an admin, and then my 2nd was lost after upsetting yet another admin. This ID was set up after the first ID was shut down for disagreeing with DanS about how to clean a roof, so granted, the 2 other posts (and this one) are a bit smart assed. But, as Dan said, isn't it my right to be a jerk? Oh, that's right, only when you're buddies with the administrators. Gotcha.

I still think that Dan is off base. He deletes a post, or rewrites a post because he disagrees with it, and then lambastes the concept. That appears that you only have a right to have your opinion heard when it agrees with him. It does seem to be a bit of a contradiction, don't you think?
(curious thing, I actually agree with the idea on organizations, to a point, I just disagree with the thought control processes that Dan is choosing to use. Heck, I might even pony up the astronomical registration fee to become a part of this new Org. just because)
