New to the business

I live in Delaware and have started a power washing business. I currently am the only person in my business. I started doing a little power washing last year.. trial by error.. I bought a 3200 psi power washer and several other attachments. I am trying to find out what chemicals everyone is using for cold water only. Am I going to need chemicals to spray on the house prior to spraying it? What about the aluminum gutters that are black? Can I get them clean? Do I spray any chemical on after I pressure wash to help the algae coming back so fast?
Thanks
Keith

I use jomax and outdoor clorox bleach mixture.I to this day have not had any problem getting any kind of stain off. Spray on and let set for 5 min.and you could rinse it off.Its that easy!!

That pretty much confirms my opinion. Please do some more reading, you are giving very bad advice on wood threads. I know no way other than directly telling you that you need to stop posting and start reading more about wood restoration.

Keith,

Use professional house washing products and you will work much faster and get better results. for cleaning black stripes on gutters, most contractors use Gutter Zap.
