Mike, great job on that. I usually look at a site for the impact it has on me and yours made me want to click through some of the pages. I will be linking to it for contractors in the Louisville area.

Thanks guys, I'll be making some revisions and adding things too. Any suggestions for more helpful content will be appreciated. Also, I am work on another couple of sites for providing a Directory of Pressure Cleaning sevices and Products. The more that we get the word out on the web about Professional Pressure Washing, the more educated consumers we will have requesting our services.

Michael,

...Site is professional and well laid-out. Personally, I'm not a fan of "beware"-type stuff, I don't think it good to do a blanket-knockdown of competitors, even if you are right. I think the time to do that is the sales table. When I see a "beware", my first (and lasting) thought is, "man, this person must really be getting killed out there by these guys charging $139. He seems angry."

I dunno, for me I don't like it. I'd rather see something like a comparison chart (like pros and cons) that says, "first choice/column A" "our competitor/column B". Then have a perpendicular list that says, "tarp of all plants" , and have a check mark under your name, not under competitors. "uses hot water", checkmark. "pre-neutralizes plants", checkmark. "use low pressure, so water doesn't get behind siding and rot out your oxboard" checkmark. You get the idea. I don't do vinyl, so I have no idea if these are good criteria or not.

...Or a checklist, "are your other bids doing this??" and list all the things you'll do. I believe you roughly had that, but in paragraph form. Personally, I prefer bullets/lists.

Besides "beware" my only criticism would be the length of it. Too much for me to read through, again, I prefer short, sweet, bullets, lists, lots of pics, etc. Leave them with some QUESTIONS to ask, becuase they are are so intrigued by your pics, bullets, professionalism, etc.

Realize these are OPINIONS, and some/many/all may disagree. I may be the only person alive that doesn't like "beware". You may have a customer that calls and says, "I'm going to hire you because I spent an hour reading your website, and it was FULL of info, exactly what I needed to hear". I have no doubt, that will happen. These are only my opinions. The reason I mentioned the "length" issue was because I'd have gladly read through and attempted to correct any grammar/spelling mistakes, but too much to read for me. Good luck, ask Ken to give you a good critique, he's got a good eye,
