I've been asked to do a parking lot at a new hotel, probably 50 to 60 spaces. The lot is dirty due to the landscaping. They have swept it and now it needs to be cleaned. Any tips??? Use soap or not 25 or 40 degree nozel, hot or cold water ...What is best...

Since this one is new you can do the job with cold water, A 40 deg would do less dammage to the asphalt. That is not a bad idea. Jost be careful not to get too close to the pavement or it will get dammaged.

Hotwaterwizard@aol.com John DeRosa YOU HAVE QUESTIONS? I HAVE ANSWERS!

Is the parking lot concrete or asphalt?
Is the dirt clay or just dirt? If it is concrete, a light application of muriatic acid can be put down. The best way to clean a large project like this is to locate a fire hydrant close by, get a water meter from the water department and use a fire hose to blow everything off. Make sure of the storm drain regulations in your area.
