No Pressure...

OK, I have tried to get help from the people at D**** since they sold me this pile of scrap but I am here now for help.

I have a "Ramteq" RK-31, Hot/Cold Washer, with a General TS2021 Pump.
The machine has only 76 hours on it (less than 4 months old). The engine oil and filter have been changed at 25 hr intervals, the pump at 50.

The water screens are clean, the inlet hose is short and not kinked and not being sucked dry.
I have tried different pressure hoses, wands and tips.
The original gauge has never worked right (The machine has been down more often than my oldest truck)

As you hit the trigger it hits 3000psi for a second and then drops to 200 - 300 psi (Have checked this with an inline gauge)

Any ideas?

This thing is still under warranty, but I live in Va and it came from Tx....I should've bought the Landa from the local dealer with the local service dept.
A mistake I'll never make again!!

Thanks in advance!

Ronniels,
There are several possibilities that come to mind! I would start
with the unloader valve, start machine up hold gun open then pinch off
the bypass line with a pair of pliers (keep gun open) if pressure rises
as I suspect it will, the problem is most likely your unloader valve.

Call me if this does not do the trick!

Check the Valves in the head also The unloader could have something stuck in it.
